現任國民黨籍屏東縣牡丹鄉長林傑西2009三合一選舉轉戰屏東縣議員，屏東地檢署檢察官查獲林傑西與太太朱美玉涉嫌以每票2000元到3000元不等買票，兩人坦承賄選。檢方表示，已受賄選民約300至400人，這是屏縣三合一選舉最大規模集團買票案。
